This Privacy policy describes how N&I Psychiatry LLC and integrated Growth Healthcare Groups may use and disclose your protected health information as an organized health care arrangement to carry out treatment, payment, or health care operations and for other purposes that are permitted or required by law, and how you can receive access to this information.
As an organized health care arrangement, the N&I psychiatry and related care platforms Grow Professionals and Grow Care, Inc. agree to abide by the terms of this Notice and will share protected health information with each other for the treatment, payment, and health care operations of Grow Therapy and as permitted by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and this Notice. This Notice applies to the technology-enabled and in-person mental health services provided by N&I Psychiatry LLC and Growth Therapy
We may collect personal and health information including, but not limited to:
- Name, contact information, and demographic data
- Medical history and current health conditions
- Insurance information and payment details
- Information about your visits and services received
We use your personal and health information to:
- Provide and coordinate your healthcare
- Bill for services and collect payment
- Conduct quality assessment and improvement activities
- Comply with state and federal laws
- Contact you about appointments, treatment, or other health-related services"

SMS Opt in Communication
Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
1- SMS Consent Communication:
Information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If consent has been given to receive text messages from N&I psychiatry, messages may be received related to the following: Customer and Marketing communications
-Scheduling appointments
-Reminders (invoices )
-Response Inquiry
-Billing Inquiries

3- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, up to 10-15 SMS messages per day may be related to scheduling appointments, Reminders (invoices ), Response inquiries, and billing Inquiries.

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5- Opt-In Method:
Opting in to receive SMS messages from N&I Psychiatry LLC can be done in the following ways:

6- Opt-Out Method:
Opting out of receiving SMS messages can be done at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message received. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list.
